Gopuff’s Customer Experience team is responsible for championing the voice of our customers with intelligence, insights, strategies, tactics and service capabilities that deliver a frictionless and unmatched experience across our customer’s journey; turning each unique interaction into a competitive advantage.

The Marketplace Integrity Team is responsible for improving the quality of Gopuff operations through BBB complaints, claims, and investigation of trust and safety incidents. They are able to investigate and support their decision while referencing legal and internal materials to reach the right decision.

The Marketplace Integrity Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing large data sets in SQL, verifying the accuracy of queries, and presenting their data through dashboards and other tools. You are expected to collaborate with the team, as well as, cross functionally with business partners. You will be responsible for building out reports through Snowflake, SQL, Kustomer, and Google Sheets. Through collaboration, you will help identify problems, and make recommendations for process improvements.

This team member is a natural problem solver and a subject matter expert who is always looking for ways to help the team become more efficient by streamlining processes and making data-driven decisions. They are an excellent communicator who know how to communicate complex subjects effectively.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large data sets in SQL, Python or similar tools
Produce ad hoc queries from scratch
Produce ad hoc reports and data as needed
Review query results for accuracy and anomalies
Actively identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient
Prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment based on business needs
Coach the Marketplace Integrity team through technical problems
Communicate with senior leaders and make recommendations
Complete projects with GoogleApps scripting
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant technical experience
Comfortable working with highly sensitive and provocative content
Mind and talent for process improvement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical thinker who can create data-driven recommendations.
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with frequently changing goals.
Innovative and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Operates autonomously while collaborating closely with business partners.
Knowledge of Kustomer, Snowflake, back-end development, and IT.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
