What You’ll Be Doing:

**Required Skill Sets**

+ Bachelors and above from Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science/Statistics/Mathematics

+ 1+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science with good understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning skills

+ 1+ years of hands-on programming experience with strong knowledge on algorithms, data structure and additional software engineering skills in an industry setting including internship experience

+ 1+ years of experience with development and deployment of ML products in production

+ 1+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure / AWS / GCP (or similar cloud)

+ 1+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the Programming Languages - Python, R, Java, Scala, Julia, C++ Scripting Skills - SQL, Unix

+ Exposure or Knowledge on Dockers and Kubernetes

+ Experience using Flask and or additional frameworks to build REST API's

+ Has knowledge or good exposure to Software engineering skills, CICD, MLOPS

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Take part in Development and maintenance of machine learning and data science products

+ Work with Lead, immediate managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient models, visualization, research outcomes, and products

+ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers, Leads, managers, and stakeholders on delivery, issues, and expectations

+ Writing efficient code, provide production support, use automated testing, use continuous build, and deploy tools

+ Build Visualizations for monitoring model performance and KPI's

+ Support documentation of work and products using tools like but not limited to confluence, power point, word, JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.

+ Written and verbal technical communication skills with an ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

**Nice to Have**

+ Nice to have experience in agile process

+ Masters/PhD

+ Contribution to open source/publication in Journals

+ Experience with Dockers and Kubernetes

Mandatory Requirements:

Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
