What You’ll Be Doing:

The Business Analyst evaluates business process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for solutions.  This role involves working with and analyzing data generated in our internal client relationship management software (CRM) and the ability to define and evaluate the internal data needs of the organization.  The Business Analyst, with guidance from the Associate Director Operations, will collaborate with the internal teams to create reports that monitor program trends, evaluate and offer program efficiencies, and identify opportunities for improvement.  The Business Analyst will be detail oriented and possess expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis with a passion for delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with various cross-functional partners to effectively organize and distill data into actionable reports that can be delivered to stakeholders and Executive Leadership

    • Provide thorough scoping and documentation of report specifics

    • Track and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders on regular cadences; raise alerts to stakeholders to ensure agility in dealing with issues

  • Continuously seek out and evaluate opportunities to improve business outcomes and efficiency and methods for monitoring progress

  • Create ad hoc reporting to monitor program results and identify areas for improvement

  • Work with Informatics team to automate ongoing reporting, translating requirements for a technical audience and providing data mapping, documenting features, and defining acceptance criteria

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the inputs, outputs, structures and process flows of our internal CRM, acting as a resource to internal stakeholders

  • Respond to questions, issues and analysis requests from internal teams

    • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner

  • Maintain an understanding of department and organizational priorities as they evolve and demonstrate flexibility to support system changes

  • Drive for results in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels, including ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $60,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
